So Saturday at 2pm Katrin und Roland were married in a beautiful ceremony. It was held in a hall, there were approx. 75 people there. Right after we went outside for a group photo in the freezing rain & then back in for cake & coffee & tea.
@ 4pm we went back to the house, I rested a bit. We were up early this morning to goto the hairdresser & then I went shoe shopping & bought some flowers for Ilse & Manfred.
At 6:30pm we headed to the restaurant where the party would begin. Everyone was dressed in evening wear & some of the men had on tuxedos. There were cocktails first & then we went into a beautiful room full of huge silver candleabras & red roses & red votives with candles. I sat with Christian & Manuela & some of Katrins friends. We had a wonderful dinner & great dessert. It was a long evening, it is now 3am -we arrived back to the house 1/2 hour ago.
Tomorrow at 10am there will be another gathering & Easter celebration & opening of gifts here at the house.
Also it is snowing!! This morning I woke to snow & then it rained & now there is 1" of snow outside!

Hi, honey! It's 4am here in Quincy (can't sleep) and it's snowing here too! Just a little dusting...but it's pretty outside. All's well with everyone here. Yesterday we went out for breakfast with Mom & Dad. Then Abby & I bought a CD at Best Buy. I also picked up a couple pairs of cheap jeans at Kohls. Then we drove down to see Mom & Dad's new camper. Aaron got to skip rocks in the lake and then the kids ran up to the 'green pool' and back to burn off some energy. As usual, little Jackie is keeping everyone enetertained with his non-stop stories! We decided that Jackson & Abby need to team up and write graphic novels. Abby will be the illustrator and Jackson will write the stories. One heckuva combination! :)
After we left the campground we went to Deb & Tony's for the afternoon...the kids were ready to go see their cousins. After we hung out for a little bit, Mom, Dad & I went home for a nap and let the kids all stay at Deb's and play together for the afternoon. I brought 'em back to Mom & Dad's for dinner. Then we all went back there and hung out for a little bit so the kids could play some more and the adults could chat. We all had a blast! Kiwi even came with! She had fun playing with Shelby and pooing on the floor. Abby & Chris were jamming. Chris just started playing trumpet and Abby accompanied him on the clarinet. It was interesting to say the least.
Say "Hi" to everyone in Germany from the Fischer gang. I wish we could be there with you! I'm glad you're having fun.

Back home now...
We all had fun at Grandma's yesterday. The Becks gang all says 'hi' and hopes you're havin' fun. The kids got and ate too much candy (of course) but they were all pretty good. Abby spent the night at Meredith's last night. The boys got to play with Deb's boys again today & they're eating dinner over there and watching a movie tonight. I think they're gonna do that tomorrow too. I told Mom to stay on Abby about getting caught up on her homework...I'll talk to her again about it too to make sure she's keeping up...
